ORDER SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Before we can start producing your outfit, you must share your preferred pants, dress or skirt length or your height (which we will use to estimate the length). You can provide this information through any of the following channels;

If you are paying via M-PESA ( Our Mpesa Till 8389956 - Binne&Buite), You must also share your M-pesa payment confrimation through one of the above channels.
IMPORTANT : Your Order is not considered confirmed and production will not begin until we receive :
- Your outfit length or body height
- Your mpesa payment confirmation (if applicable)
Please make sure to share both to avoid any delays.
To help us customize your outfit perfectly, you can add your measurements or any special requests in the “Order Special Instructions” section.
Where to Find the 'Order Special Instructions'
1.Add your desired items to the cart
2.Go to the Cart Page
3.scroll to the bottom, and you’ll see a box labeled “Order Special Instructions”
4. Type in your details before proceeding to checkout
What to Include
If you prefer custom sizing instead of our size chart, kindly share:
1.Waist measurement
2.Hips measurement
3.Bust/Chest measurement
4.Preferred outfit length or your height (we will use it to estimate the length)
Any other special request such as:
Different color (if available)
Extra adjustments
Custom preferences
Please ensure all measurements are correct before placing your order.
✅ STORE POLICY & CUSTOM ORDERS
All our outfits are made in Kenya.
Custom-made outfits are not ready-made you must select your preferred size and add your length or height in the Order Special Instructions section before adding items to cart.
The same style can be made in a different color (where applicable).
Please confirm your size using our size guide or enter your current measurements in the 'ORDER SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS'.
We charge Ksh. 1,999 to produce a new outfit if the wrong size was ordered.
All logistics for returns (shipping to us and back) are handled by the customer.
If you are taller than average, please indicate your height and the extra length needed in the 'ORDER SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS' Section.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for outfits made using your custom measurements or the size selected from our size chart if we made it in the selected or shared measurements
We offer exchanges only for defective items, and items we made in different size other than the shared or selected one and only within 48 hours of delivery.
The outfit must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with the tag still attached.

Delivery Timelines
Nairobi & East Africa:
5–10 working days (standard)
International:
Up to 14 working days
Standard production/delivery time is 5–7 working days, but during busy periods, it may extend to 10 working days locally and 14 days internationally.
Shipping and pickup updates are automatically sent to the email address or phone number you provide at checkout.
Delivery Methods
Nairobi deliveries — Pick Up Mtaani:
Pick-up at a nearby Pick Up Mtaani location: Ksh. 139
Pick-up at a Pick Up Mtaani point in town: Ksh. 116
Doorstep delivery within Nairobi:
Ksh. 244 – Ksh. 406 depending on your location
(Only M-Pesa is accepted. When your package is out for delivery, the rider will provide payment instructions For Local (Nairobi) Deliveries
Outside Nairobi (within Kenya)
We ship via buses or matatus/shuttles depending on your location.
International Deliveries
We ship using DHL.
Shipping Charges
For international orders, shipping payment covers up to 2kg.
Due to varying fabric weights, the final shipping cost may change.
We will contact you if an additional shipping fee is required.
Important
Ensure your phone number and address are correct.
Provide an address where someone can receive the package at any time during the day, as delivery times vary.
