Processing Time

• Once processed, customers in Kenya will receive their orders either on the same day or the next day. Delivery times depend on your location in Kenya and when we drop off the items with the delivery provider.

Regional Shipping (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda)

• For customers in Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda, orders will be delivered the next day after we drop them off at the designated delivery point.

International Shipping (Outside East Africa)

• Orders for international destinations or those outside East Africa typically arrive within 4-7 days, depending on the courier service.
