Shipping Information
All our outfits are made in kenya
We usually send out the outfit Within 48-72 hours if you are shopping from our "Ready for delivery" and 7 working days, for the custom made orders. No express production
Delivery within Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda is within 1-5 working days after production and 7-14 working days after production for the rest of the world customers (international customers)
If you order from our "custom made collection" shipping time starts counting after 7 working days of placing your order, not from the day you placed your order.
Kindly order from our "ready to wear/outfits available on website" if you need urgent outfits
All custom orders have to be produced and ships on the 7th working day.
Due to some factors like size, weight of different fabrics we can't be certain of the weight of your package until it is ready for shipping. So we will contact you if additional shippping payment is needed. This is for international and inter-state clients.
For international orders, we use DHL and charge the rate for 0-2 kg when placing your order.
For deliveries within Kenya we charge between Ksh.300 - ksh.500 while Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda we charge USD.8 - USD 15 depending on the size and weight of the package.
Please ensure your phone, email address and location address are correct.
Kindly provide an address where someone can pickup your package in your absence and at anytime during the day as we cannot predict the exact moment the delivery company will get to your location.
If you need to make a change kindly send a message through the chat icon on the lower right corner or instagram dm or email and include your order number or order details.
You can also request outfits in your preferred colors subject to availability and preferred length. After adding a product to your cart, you can find the 'order special instructions' section where you can add details of the fabric color and length and we will get back to you on availability. Alternatively you can email us or send us a direct message on instagram for confirmation.
Store Policy
All outfits are made in Kenya
Ready to wear collection are outfits that are already produced in the same fabric as displayed on the website and ready shipped once you place your order.
Custom made outfits are not ready and will require that you choose your preferred fabric and design before adding to cart.

You will be required to upload a screenshot of your preferred fabric and design from the fabric link provided in the product page before adding to cart.
Same style/design you selected will be made in the fabric you chose.
The fabrics in the link are what we currently have in-stock
Production takes 7 working days
This means your items will be sent out or shipped on the 7th day.
Please purchase from our "ready to wear" if you need the outfit urgently.
If travelling or need the outfit unfailingly for the next 14 daysc(local), 21 days (international) please shop from our 'ready to wear/outfits on website' only incase of any unforeseen occurrence or delay.
Please only make plans for the outfit when it has arrived at your doorstep. Don't order last minute outfit from us.
We charge a fee of $12 USD to produce a new outfit if you order a wrong size. Please confirm size using our size guide only or input current measurements in the space provided on the product page.
If you are taller than average, please indicate your height and the extra length you want added to your outfit in the space provided in the product page and purchase additional length from the adds_ons if your desired length is longer than 4inches
